The good cooperation with other mobile vets and established practices is a matter of course for me!
If necessary, I will be happy to refer you to a practice or clinic in your area.
Preparations for a stress-free home visit
Arrange the daily routine of your four-legged friend as calmly as possible and as usual. Dogs are best taken for a short walk before the visit. In the case of cats that go outside, you should make absolutely sure that your pet stays indoors ideally already the evening before, but at the latest on the morning of the treatment day! Before my arrival, move your cat to a room where it can be easily found. This will help avoid unnecessary stress for your pet.
If your dog or cat is very anxious or has exhibited defensive behavior during previous vet visits, be sure to let me know in advance. Together we will find a suitable solution for your pet!
Since I am usually traveling by car and finding a parking space in Zurich is a challenge, I would appreciate if you could let me know if there is a visitor parking space available. Thank you very much!
Billing and payment
I will be happy to provide you with price information in advance.
I will send you an invoice by email after the treatment (also by post on request). In exceptional cases, payment can be made by card or Twint.
Appointment cancellation
If you are unable to keep an agreed appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, unfortunately, a flat-rate fee must be charged.
